This Harvest-themed large 16-inch, Seven-piece service set was made in the mid 1900s by Wade Ceramics of California USA (marked underneath each dish). The Chip and Dip style set features rich avocado green drip glaze dishes that encircle a squarish shaped bowl at the center. The bowl has a lid topped with cute little red apples that function as the lid handle. The four dishes overlap each other such that the handle of one extends over the rim of its neighboring dish, keeping the whole thing loosely locked together on top of the wooden lazy Susan base. The Wood of the lazy Susan base is composite wood (dense particle wood)--and not natural wood--with a faux wood grain finish. Excellent vintage condition - There is one single tiny chip...I would hardly call it a chip it's so small. Please see closeup photo of the rim of one of the four sectional dishes. I would also. mention that the swiveling lazy Susan does not rotate smoothly. Pretty clunky to be honest. Otherwise the set is in remarkable condition.
