Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund (total paid minus any shipping costs) when:

  1. The return is initiated by contacting us here or through web chat within seven (7) days of the order delivery date, and
  2. we receive the returned item within 20 days of the order delivery date, and
  3. the item is received by us in the same condition as sent.

Upon receipt of your returned item we will order your refund within 24 hours in the full amount paid minus any and all shipping costs and will send you a confirmation notice when the refund order has been submitted through the payment processing platform. The refund will be credited to you using the same payment method from your original purchase. Please note that it can take a few days for funds to be credited back.

Exceptions:

In the rare case that an item fails to match its listing description, we will will accept its return and refund the full amount paid including all shipping costs (original delivery cost and return delivery cost). Please note that this is subject to our discretion upon review of the details of each case.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us here or through web chat and we will walk you through filing an insurance claim with the carrier.

Return Instructions:

  1. Initiate your return by contacting us here or through web chat within seven (7) days of receipt of your order
  2. We will issue your prepaid return label electronically on the this same day; you will need to print this label 
  3. Re-package the item(s) carefully in the same package they came in and affix the printed, pre-paid return label
  4. Drop the package off with the carrier (either the U.S. Post Office or a UPS store). We recommend dropping off within ten (10) days of the original delivery of your order to ensure it will be received by us within the 20-day limit -- be sure to get a receipt!
  5. When the item is back in our care, we will initiate the refund through our payment processor within 24 hours and notify you when it's submitted. Please note that it can take a few days for the funds to be credited back once this refund has been ordered.
