Return Policy
We accept returns for a full refund (minus all shipping costs) when:
- The return is initiated by contacting us here or through web chat within seven (7) days of delivery of your order, and
- we receive the returned item within 20 days of the original delivery of your order, and
- the item is received by us in the same condition as when sent.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will initiate a refund to you in the full amount paid minus any and all shipping costs and will send you a confirmation notice when the refund order has been submitted. The refund will be credited to you using the same payment method from your original purchase.
Exceptions:
In the rare case that an item fails to match its listing description, we will will accept its return and refund the full amount paid including all shipping costs (original delivery cost and return delivery cost). Please note that this is subject to our discretion upon review of the details of each case.
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us here or through web chat and we will walk you through filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
Return Instructions:
- Initiate your return by contacting us here or through web chat within seven (7) days of receipt of your order
- We will issue you a prepaid return label via email on the day of your return initiation; you will need to print this label
- Re-package the item(s) carefully in the same package they came in and afix the printed, pre-paid return label
- Drop the package off with the carrier (either the U.S. Post Office or a UPS store). We recommend dropping off within ten (10) days of the original delivery of your order to ensure it will be received by us within the 20-day limit -- be sure to get a receipt!
- When the item is back in our care, we will initiate the refund through our payment processor and notify you when it's submitted. Please note that it can take a few days for the funds to be credited back.
