Large William Guerin & Co Limoges Porcelain Tray with Hand-painted Violets
This large open handled porcelain tray features delicately hand painted violets and bright gold handles. The cloud shaped platter is made of fine porcelain, relatively light-weight, has a loosely curved rim and a faint luster finish; it bears the WG&C Limoges backstamp dating its production in the first three decades of the 1900s. If it's not yet antique it will be within a handful of years! Tray is quite large, butler tray size, at 18 inches long handle-to-handle and 14 inches wide.
