This lidded porcelain hot chocolate pot features pink dogwood roses hand painted (signed underneath by artist Anna Spiegel) against a muted pale aqua and yellow background along the length of lightly ribbed, textured porcelain. The lid finial and arched handle feature thickly applied gilding with ribbon patterns at the joints. The spout of the pot features a straining lip and the item stands inches tall with lid. The backstamp for Haviland Limoges corresponds with mark I (1894-1931).
